Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Expert to drive end-to-end business transformation for key customers across various sectors.

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions within the line of business applications industry.
  • 8+ years of experience leading sales processes, including account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans, and engaging with complex customers.
  • Expertise in crafting and negotiating deals for multi-year digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to forecast business and maintain pipeline hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive connected business transformation solutions across multiple business units.
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
  • Engage with complex customer environments and guide stakeholders through tailored decision frameworks and evaluation plans.
  • Craft and negotiate terms for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance with sector regulations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and strategic planning.
