**About the Role**

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts.

The Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences requires a visionary leader to drive innovation and change within the organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex ICT programs, working with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

With a strong track record in program management, you will have experience building and promoting program vision, developing collaborative teams, and managing internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage large and complex ICT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Develop and promote program vision, leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure effective dependency management, and optimize resource allocation.

• Utilize Federal Government procurement processes, program governance, financials, reporting, and risk management frameworks to inform decision-making.
