Your key responsibilities will include determining eligibility, creating personalized case plans, and ensuring client safety. Building strong relationships with clients and their families using strengths-based and culturally sensitive approaches is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need Human Services related qualifications and experience, particularly in casework practices for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse clients. Multilingual communication skills are highly valued.
