We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead to lead our team of Data Science Operations specialists in advancing our analytics platform and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining data science models and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Data Science Operations specialists to advance the analytics platform and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management of sprints and product backlog in an Agile environment.
  • Focus on automation, reliability, and quality of service for Data Science products.
Required Skills
  • Python, R, and SQL programming skills.
  • Shell scripting and GitHub version control.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Teamcity.
  • Monitoring tools such as Datadog.
  • Awareness of cloud computing environments (AWS).
Desirable Skills
  • Application of advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or optimization algorithms.
  • Understanding of data science fundamentals, methods, and techniques.
  • Comfortable with analytics and data science project life cycle: scoping, building, testing, implementation, maintenance, tracking, and quality assessment of analytics and models.
