Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to extract greater value from our data and provide more insights for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine machine learning algorithms and models to improve data-driven risk assessment insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify valuable patterns and trends
  • Design and implement data pipelines to prepare data for analysis and modeling
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in data science or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
  • Proficient in Python or R, familiar with PySpark and Excel
  • Critical and independent thinking, able to establish logical assumptions and think through scenarios
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
