  • Educate and coach venues on business strategy, empowering them to contribute to delivery.
  • Lead teams to take accountability for financial performance, maximising sales and profitability.
  • Actively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory legislation, accreditations, and workplace policies.

About You:

  • Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or strong single-site management, looking for the next career step.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging customer data and insights.
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship, and communication skills.
