Strategic Projects Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Strategic Projects team as a business development manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Support clients across various industries, including industrial, life sciences, and private equity;
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential areas for growth;
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations;
  • Provide thought leadership and expert advice on strategic projects and business development initiatives;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends;
  • Utilize exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans, business cases, and proposals to secure new business;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of achieving business development goals and driving revenue growth;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Fluency in English and Korean language is required.
