About Us

We're seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Integration Specialist to lead our team's technical efforts in delivering successful integration solutions.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management principles, with expertise in ServiceNow capabilities and integrations.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a flexible work arrangement, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new integrations, managing enhancements to existing ones, and overseeing platform upgrades, updates, and patching.

They will also provide technical oversight and mentorship to other developers, including conducting comprehensive system, functional, and automated testing.

In addition, they will lead customer-facing workshops to facilitate project scoping for ServiceNow integrations and other complex technical engagements.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer.
  • Experience in a range of enterprise environments with varying complexity.
  • A strong understanding of IT service management principles and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
