Our client, a prominent company in the retail industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Japanese expatriates, including data entry, report preparation, and analysis. They will also be responsible for analysing daily sales and stock levels, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and raising purchase orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in production, IC, merchandise, or buying administration. You will also need intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
