Career Transition Specialist

The Rehabilitation Consultant will serve as a trusted guide in supporting individuals with injuries as they transition back into the workforce.
This role involves championing clients with empathy and compassion, conducting thorough assessments, and guiding them through significant career transitions.
In collaboration with various stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners, we co-create solutions that yield tangible outcomes.
We identify obstacles and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans focusing on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
Regular workplace visits enable us to grasp real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive work environments.
About You:To succeed in this role, you'll hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and be registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
The Role:- Support injured individuals as they reintegrate into the workforce.
- Champion clients with care and compassion, conduct meaningful assessments, and guide them through life-changing career transitions.
- Collaborate with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
- Identify barriers and design tailored RTW plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Visit workplaces to understand real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
