About this role

As a member of our global team, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs. This involves analyzing customer requirements, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, consulting, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects.
  • Identify and document functional gaps during scoping calls, and work with internal teams to come up with solutions and define feature enhancements.
  • Review solutions offered from both a business and technical perspective to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the sales process, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

The ideal candidate

  • Has a strong background in engineering or equivalent practical experience in a technical role.
  • Is proficient in English.
  • Has permanent residency in Australia.
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Is autonomous and self-motivated to investigate possible solutions for new challenges.
  • Has experience in high-growth SaaS companies and consultative sales is a plus.
  • Is willing to travel.
