**Key Responsibilities:**

- Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various sectors
- Conducting assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans
- Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records
- Building relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Participating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to develop and implement successful return-to-work plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
