Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a senior data transformation specialist to lead key initiatives. This position requires expertise in cloud data platforms, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Core Services, combined with leadership experience across data architecture.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and delivery of large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. They will collaborate with development teams to implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data transformation projects
  • Oversight of cloud-based data solutions configuration, deployment, and performance
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and IaC
  • Provide technical oversight across backend, infrastructure, and security streams
  • Advocate for best practices including zero trust, data minimization, and privacy by design
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of IT experience, including cloud integration and data platform leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Core Services, ADF, and SQL
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Airflow, and cloud platform development
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
  • Familiarity with telecom domain advantageous
