We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional employment services. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services. You will also be responsible for translating program guidelines into effective service delivery, building strong relationships with clients and employers, and driving performance through coaching and guidance.

">Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
