Leading Process Enhancement Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Lead to drive the development and implementation of process enhancement initiatives across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute process improvement strategies utilizing data insights and key performance indicators
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage projects or programs, including data analysis and visualization, to inform business decisions
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other Process Excellence methodologies. They should also have experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab and JMP, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI and Quicksight.
