Key Responsibilities- Managing your own caseload and providing thought leadership and expertise within your special interest area, whether that is account management, business development, or quality.
- Staying abreast of industry trends through structured professional development and imparting your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.
- Conducting assessments and delivering Return-to-Work (RTW) case management as part of managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases.
- Mentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery targets and quality standards.
- Contributing to and championing the development and implementation of innovative product and service offerings.
- Developing key accounts by ensuring exceptional service to our customers with regular reviews, contact, and continuous improvement.
- Assisting to create a culture of high performance and growth in all aspects of business development.
- Full AHPRA Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist.
- Full ASORC Registration as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- Prior experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Prior experience managing and leading a team.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.
- Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals.
- Car and driver's license.
