We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team at Team Tutor, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading by example and helping shape our Canberra, ACT team for ongoing future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own caseload and providing thought leadership and expertise within your special interest area, whether that is account management, business development, or quality.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends through structured professional development and imparting your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.
  • Conducting assessments and delivering Return-to-Work (RTW) case management as part of managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases.
  • Mentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery targets and quality standards.
  • Contributing to and championing the development and implementation of innovative product and service offerings.
  • Developing key accounts by ensuring exceptional service to our customers with regular reviews, contact, and continuous improvement.
  • Assisting to create a culture of high performance and growth in all aspects of business development.
Requirements
  • Full AHPRA Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist.
  • Full ASORC Registration as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • Prior experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Prior experience managing and leading a team.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.
  • Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals.
  • Car and driver's license.
