Business Analyst

This role involves supporting the implementation of HR systems and process enhancements across the organization. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in analyzing and documenting current HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR or related fields, with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data. They will also have experience in UX/UI design and Human-Centered Design (HCD), as well as familiarity with Service Now and Microsoft Power Apps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and documenting current HR processes and systems
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Collaborating with HR teams to implement system changes and enhancements
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR or related fields
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data
- Experience in UX/UI design and Human-Centered Design (HCD)
Qualifications/Certifications & Skills include:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, BABOK) is advantageous
