Mining and Operations Team Lead

Programmed, a leading provider of managed workforce and training services, seeks an experienced Production Crew Supervisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be embedded in the client's production site, working closely with the client's team of Supervisors and Superintendents to minimize operator delays and optimize equipment utilization.
This role involves supporting the execution of efficient hauling activities through effective labor and resource management based on employee skills and experience. Regular communication with client Supervisors, Superintendents, and dispatch is crucial for successful contract execution.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong safety focus, and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will lead, coach, and mentor team members to drive operational performance and achieve business objectives.
Preferred candidates will have prior supervision or account management experience, including leading hands/step-ups, and relevant operating experience on mechanical and/or electric haul trucks or open-cut mining production.
We offer competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and overtime opportunities, as well as Black Coal Award conditions including 6 weeks annual leave and 3 weeks personal leave.
