**Job Opportunity:** Female Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support individuals with various needs as a Female Personal Care Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support, ensuring the highest level of independence and well-being for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
  • Organize inclusive social and recreational activities to enhance overall well-being.
  • Monitor health and medication, offering emotional support as needed.
  • Support elderly individuals in maintaining independence and overall well-being.
  • Provide personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and companionship.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support is required.
  • Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients is necessary.
  • Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude is necessary.
