Job Title:

Cost Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cost Assurance Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking qualitative and quantitative cost assurance activities across various projects, programs, and functions.

This role involves synthesising information and extracting strategic level briefing knowledge from qualitative and quantitative analysis, preparing executive governance briefings in accordance with Defence policies and procedures, leading or coordinating monthly governance and reporting, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies to manage risks, issues, and opportunities relating to the governance of programmatic objectives, and other relevant tasks related to program delivery of capability acquisition and sustainment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, experience in a CASG/Defence/Defence Industry environment, previous experience with Defence governance and assurance platforms, strong understanding of Defence systems, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

All candidates must hold and maintain an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding an NV1 Clearance or above should apply.
