Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our retail fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time and on schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and work is delivered to a high standard, adhering to company policies and WHS regulations.
  • Enforce compliance with WHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment, utilizing tools like Procore for project management and Hammertech for safety compliance.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintain daily site reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven retail fit-out experience as a Site Manager, with a strong understanding of OH&S and site safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in Hammertech and Procore, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A current White Card and First Aid certificate, demonstrating commitment to workplace safety.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of achieving project goals.
  • Ability to work on-site in Albury, with reliable transport and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
