We are seeking a dedicated Water Quality Technician to play a vital role in our mission to produce healthy prawns. In this hands-on role, you will be the onsite expert for our innovative automatic water quality monitoring systems.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficient computer and iPad skills for data monitoring and reporting.
  • Reliable, resilient, and flexible with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • A current driver's licence (a forklift licence is highly advantageous).

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct daily water quality sampling and analysis.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain our cutting-edge automatic water quality monitoring systems.
  • Monitor and interpret analytics, graphs, and system alarms via computer and iPad.
  • Execute the farm's water quality strategy to optimise prawn health and growth.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a leading, sustainable aquaculture company. You will receive a competitive hourly rate with an additional allowance and career development opportunities within the wider company.
