About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a High-Quality Service Specialist in IT Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to make a real impact in a dynamic organization.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and enhancing our IT service management practices. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT services that support over 2.4 million members. Your primary goal will be to drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless transitions of new solutions into production with sustainable operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and contribute to the continuous improvement of one or more IT service management practices (e.g., incident, change, problem management, or service transition).
  • Support the implementation of ITSM tools and deliver timely and insightful reporting to leadership.
  • Promote adherence to ITSM processes and educate stakeholders on best practices.
  • Contribute to the design and governance of IT service portfolios and support processes.
