About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our fund-raising efforts and serving as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance our reputation and attract new investors.
  • Prepare and present financial models, roadmaps, and other materials to investors and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, while identifying new opportunities for investment.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to our investors.
  • Collaborate with our investment and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in investor relations, fund-raising, venture capital, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Business, Management, or Investment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Strong knowledge of investment, private equity, and/or venture capital.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and pitch book building.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
