Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with front-line teams to establish realistic goals and objectives.
- Analyze EHS data to inform management decisions and participate in audits.
- Provide support and guidance on EHS tools and resources.
- Facilitate training and development programs for EHS personnel.
- Investigate incidents and communicate corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage worker's compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
About You
- A minimum qualification of Certificate IV or above in Workplace Health & Safety or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- A strong interest in environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
