Service Crew Trainer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Crew Operator to join our team as a Trainer. As a key member of our underground service crew, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with less skilled staff while working on exciting projects across Western Australia.

  • Lead teams through day-to-day operations;
  • Provide high-level training and guidance to colleagues;
  • Extend ventilation services, including hanging ventilation bags and installing secondary fans;
  • Extend water, air, and pump services to areas where needed;
  • Maintain and repair services and equipment such as vent bags, poly pipe, and valves;
  • Install cable bolts, underground infrastructure, and ventilation walls;
  • Assist other U/G departments as required;
Requirements:
  • Australian Drivers Licence;
  • Rights to Work in Australia;
  • Solid history of reliability and good work ethic;
  • Experience in underground service crew/paste crew work;
  • Leading Hand experience is highly regarded;
  • Trade Qualification for Special Projects work will be highly regarded;
  • Proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification.
