Job Description

As a Graduate Workforce Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and delivering business improvements to support informed people and position planning and reporting.

You will provide technical and analytical support to gather, analyse and disseminate data informing operational performance. Your ability to communicate clear and informed outcomes to the business on a regular basis will be essential in developing work programs to strengthen workforce planning gaps.
