Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to assist in the growth and development of our civil engineering division. This key role will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex projects.
About The RoleThis position will involve leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers and designers within the civil discipline, providing technical guidance and support. You will also be required to develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out and manage detailed designs for all types of projects ensuring that designs are innovative and prepared to a high standard.
- Manage project issues and construction costings while considering best practices in the design process.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Gain business understanding and develop strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia.
- 10+ years of demonstrated design experience.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in producing detailed engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods and design risk.
- Effective communication and contract management skills.
