Practice Manager/Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Practice Manager/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires 10-25 hours of work per week. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administration, developing and maintaining office policies and procedures, improving all aspects of the practice, managing accounts and debt management, managing payroll on Xero, scheduling bookings and managing clinicians' calendars through Halaxy Practice Management System, working closely with psychologists and assisting them with their administration needs, understanding ethical and professional requirements within psychology, overseeing social media content, managing online ads, online course development and management, managing marketing funnels and automation, managing marketing to referrers, updating websites.

Essential Criteria:

- Interest in Mental Health Industry
- Previous experience in an administration or Practice Manager role
- Highly organized and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Proactive, flexible, and a can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and social skills in communicating with a wide range of people, including people with mental health concerns.
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Experience with Halaxy, NDIS, Medicare & Xero (preferred although not essential)

- Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
