Senior Frontend Engineer Job Description

As a seasoned software developer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on multimedia storytelling. Your mission is to create innovative and user-friendly tools for video editing and compositing.

This role involves collaborating with passionate engineers and designers to build cutting-edge solutions for video playback and rendering pipelines.

  • Investigate and implement effective solutions for video playback using rendered frames in web applications.

  • Optimize rendering pipelines on Android Mobile Web to ensure efficient memory usage, GPU performance, and frame timing.

  • Explore strategies for compositor integration to maximize playback accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work closely with browser and backend teams to align on format, timing, and performance tradeoffs.

  • Contribute to cross-platform solutions that extend to iOS or other environments as needed.

  • Design and develop scalable and reusable mobile architecture aligned with broader mobile strategies.

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve overall system performance.

  • Contribute to a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
