As a key member of the Petstock team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our retail stores. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will lead by example and inspire your team to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Coach and develop your team's knowledge and skills to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by leading from the front and being visible on the sales floor.
  • Manage stock effectively to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pet care products and services, and share your knowledge with your team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Create a positive and inclusive store culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Embed a strong safety mindset within your team and ensure a culture of safety is maintained at all times.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a strong background in retail, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You will be physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy products (up to 20kg) and work a range of hours, including weekends and public holidays.
