Key RoleSenior Manager, Insurance Operations Advisory

The successful candidate will have experience in insurance operations within superannuation and be able to provide guidance on initiatives arising from previous recommendations.

The role involves collaborating with relevant stakeholder teams to ensure overall program alignment to internal risk management frameworks and external prudential standards. Regular communications with senior leadership on program progress and updates are also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on projects and enterprise-wide programs. They should be comfortable taking accountability and know when to escalate. A thorough understanding of insurance operations, legislative and regulatory requirements, and experience working in the field are essential.
