About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Operations Manager to lead our travel contact centre in South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a portfolio of new and existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and monitor team members to ensure they consistently achieve allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks.
  • Customer Service: Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and create end-to-end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed your own set sales targets, oversee booking management, and identify opportunities for growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual with a strong desire to motivate, inspire, and lead a team. You will have demonstrated experience in travel consulting in both a consultant and leadership capacity, as well as a proven track record of sales achievement in the travel industry.
