As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Kawana store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in store management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and staff training.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results. They will also have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, with knowledge of current trends and styles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in the store
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Owning health and safety in the store

As a Store Manager, you will also assist your Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, controlling sales achievement, stock, and expenses.

**Requirements:**

  • Flexibility to work rotational weekend rosters, including late night trade
  • Solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion)
  • High achiever in delivery of performance, sales, and stakeholder expectations
