As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with the store team, your responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is presentable.

We are looking for a genuine team player who has experience in a customer service-focused role or desires a career in retail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Work within a fun, close-knit team environment to ensure the stores success
