We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team to provide quality care, while benefiting from the support of an experienced clinical team and close collaboration with various departments.
- Proven experience in managing large residential care facilities
- Ambitious leader who sets high standards
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Qualifications as an AHPRA registered nurse
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for resident care, a customer-focused approach, and excellent communication skills.
