Assistant Manager Role

At our organization, we are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to lead and manage multiple homes across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane South regions, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

  • Support the General Manager in achieving optimal commercial results through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and motivate a skilled, cohesive team to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with legislated requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications/degree, and post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly regarded.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia must be provided.
