About the Job

This leadership position oversees cross-functional asset leadership teams for multiple assets, including wind farms and power terminals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating high-performing leadership and developing strategies to build and sustain a high-performing asset leadership team.
  • Accountable for project management of commercialisation processes, including financial modelling, operational readiness, customer negotiation, and budget management.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, such as energy projects.
  • Working with asset management experts to develop frameworks for efficient operation of assets.

A key member of the asset leadership team will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Legal, or Engineering.
  • Significant experience working in the gas or renewable energy industries, developing processes and systems for efficient operation of assets.
  • Experience in developing commercial-based asset management frameworks leading to safe, cost-effective, and reliable operations.
  • Knowledge of running risk and compliance frameworks for high-risk assets.
