About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional individual to establish and lead our Workplace Experience teams across multiple locations. This role requires someone who can deliver excellent customer experience for our team members while overseeing and driving strategy across corporate sites.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships with colleagues across Property, including Project Delivery and Facilities Management teams, and work effectively with support functions such as IT, WHS, and Security.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for workplace management, concierge, and visitor management.
- Analyse data and provide reports on day-to-day operations.
- A highly skilled individual with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead by example.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to deliver consistency across dispersed locations.
