Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert new customers through targeted outreach, product demos and referrals.
  • Demonstrate value: Showcase the benefits of top-tier power equipment to key decision makers.
  • Develop territory sales strategies and execute with precision to achieve targets.
  • Stay ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and repeat customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B or technical sales – ideally in construction, equipment or trades.
  • Confident communicator and persuasive closer with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and driven by results.
  • Comfortable with on-site product demos and face-to-face selling.
  • CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Full driver's license and police check required.
