Role Overview
The Officer plays a pivotal role in collaboration with fellow members and volunteer staff, working at local, state, and national levels to enhance the organisation's capacity to innovate, attract, engage, and retain volunteers and members. This position is essential in fostering strong and meaningful relationships and communications, both internally and externally.
Under the guidance of the Manager/Senior Manager, this role ensures that the voices of volunteers and members are effectively represented and promoted within the organisation. Additionally, the Officer is tasked with supporting volunteers and members while implementing creative strategies to enhance their experiences across various regions.

- Experience in engaging and supporting volunteers and/or members

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and resolve issues related to volunteer and member policies

A clearance to work with children and a valid driver's license are prerequisites for this position.

Additional Information
This position falls under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4, with remuneration starting from $85, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging.
