Our Mission
Innovative approaches to patient assessment and care management have led to the development of a virtual care model that uses video technology to provide efficient emergency care. This model has transitioned to a state-wide service now seeing over 800 patients per day through self-referral and healthcare professional pathways such as Ambulance Victoria, Urgent Care Centre and Residential Aged Care Facilities.
Job Description- We seek an experienced physician to join our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care using evidence-based medicine practices.
- The role involves collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
- A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage patients using innovative treatment options and expand their horizons by understanding referral pathways and community-based services beyond their local area.
