The Role of a Delivery Professional

We are seeking a reliable and skilled delivery professional to join our team. As a delivery professional, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate collection and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely collect and deliver packages following designated routes and adhering to strict time schedules
  • Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed
  • Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of professional driving experience
  • Required license classifications: C Class (Car) License or Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License
