Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop, manage, monitor, and report on project outcomes and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including development managers, finance teams, and external consultants.
- Project Design and Approvals: Coordinate project design, approvals, and construction activities, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Civil Project Management: Provide civil project management expertise from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to required quality, on time, and within budget.
- Authority Submissions and Compliance: Manage authority submissions and approvals compliance, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements.
- Site Inspections and Quality Control: Perform site inspections, safety compliance, and quality control, ensuring projects meet company standards.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in land subdivisions.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, sound conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge: Understanding of civil and residential construction, knowledge of WHS requirements.
