Project Director for Onshore Wind Civil Projects

We are seeking an experienced project director to lead the delivery of onshore wind projects, focusing on civil packages and associated electrical infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-profile projects with budgets ranging from $100m to $200m+
  • Tendering, planning and scheduling construction activities, managing site project teams, ensuring quality assurance, cost control and timely completion
  • Liaising with key clients and stakeholders, coordinating internal and external resources, business development, recruitment and mentoring of teams

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering onshore wind projects, preferably with a civil bias. They should possess strong leadership skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar is required, along with 7-20+ years' management experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively
