Job Role Summary

The Support Analyst L2 role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting international clients and colleagues.

This position demands strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and troubleshooting of WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems with WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software.
  • Manage WMS environments and configuration migrations between environments.
  • Perform data administration tasks on WMS (users, menus, zones, locations, pick/put-away sequences).
  • Enhance reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
  • Design and implement enhancements to customer WMS environments.
  • Monitor SQL performance, optimize indexes, and tune queries.
  • Interface with customers, IT teams, project leaders, and vendors for support and implementation.
  • Mentor and develop operations team members on WMS tools and processes.

To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, possess proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and have experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and basic networking protocols.
