Support Officer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Support Officer. This role will provide an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of critical mental health services.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of clients, with a strong background in administration, operations and stakeholder engagement within a health or government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops.
  • First point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors.
  • Assist in financial and office management, including processing invoices, arranging travel, and managing IT or property needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
