Senior Family Law Leader Sought

We are seeking a seasoned family law expert to spearhead growth in their Family Law practice at our expanding national law firm.

  • Lead the family law practice in Melbourne and drive further expansion
  • Manage and mentor a team of experienced family lawyers and support staff
  • Oversight of client relationships and strategic direction for the practice

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a practice and collaborate with a high-calibre partnership group.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your professional network while working closely with other partners across areas such as commercial, wills & estates, and property law
  • Contributing to firm-wide leadership initiatives, business development, and innovation projects

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Admission to practice law in Victoria
  • Minimum 8+ years post-admission experience in Family Law (candidates with extensive experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded, but not essential)
