Senior IT Category Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Category Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic supplier relationship management, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost efficiency across cloud and infrastructure procurement.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT cloud and infrastructure procurement, with a proven track record of managing high-value, business-critical IT contracts.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive value and manage procurement risks.
About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field. The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, Australia, and will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, legal, finance, and IT.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) for cloud and infrastructure vendors, focusing on performance, governance, and value delivery.
