About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Creative Services to lead our in-house creative team, the Blue Agency. As a key member of the Brand Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our in-house capability for design and creative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the internal design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that aligns with our brand strategy and brand identity.
  • Build key relationships with Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams to embed the Blue Agency as their creative partner.
  • Oversee all creative developed by the team, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.
  • Manage a diverse group of people, including the Account & Traffic Manager and creative designers.
  • Curate a center of creative excellence and community of practice through relationships with external creative suppliers.

Requirements
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a management position of an operational, marketing services, communications, or design and production team.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Success in managing operational teams, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and workflow.
  • Experience working within an advertising/creative agency or internal creative team is highly valued.
